How do I place an order?
For the UK and international customers, the order can be placed through this website. If you are based in Thailand, you can place an order via LINE MyShop and Lazada
When will my order ship?
We aim to dispatch the product within 48 hours after receiving the order. However, as a small independent business, shipping can take longer in certain circumstances. We will notify you if there’s any delay in shipping.
UK Orders
Shipping within the UK is £5 and is shipped with Royal Mail48 (trackable and usually takes 2-3 working days)
International Orders
For customers based in Europe, our shipping cost is £12 and will be sent with Royal mail international tracked.
For customers based in the USA, Asia, or the rest of the world, our shipping cost is £17.50 and will be sent with Royal Mail International Tracked or EMS Thailand Post.
Delivery, duties, and taxes
We ship with Delivery Duties Paid (DDP terms) for orders placed in the UK and Thailand. 
Orders placed outside the UK and Thailand are currently being shipped with Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU terms), meaning there might be additional charges for local duties and taxes upon delivery which will be under buyer's responsibility.
Refund and Exchange Policy
As a small independent brand, we appreciate your understanding that we do not accept returns at the moment. All products are quality control checked in-house before dispatch.
If you have any problems with sizing, we are happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of receiving your products. The products must be unworn and in a saleable condition with the tag on.
On the rare occasion that you receive a faulty item, this may be returned or exchanged and this does not affect your statutory rights
